My Services
As your Doula I promise to
- Provide emotional, physical and informational support for you and your partner throughout your labor, delivery and postpartum period and most importantly to listen to what you want and need.
- Make suggestions for labor progress, help with relaxation, massage, positioning, visualization, use of a TENS unit, and pain-coping techniques for comfort .
My Package Includes:
- One free, no obligation 1 hour interview where we will meet and I will explain my services. It is important to choose a doula who you feel comfortable saying and doing anything with.
- Two 1 hour prenatal visits so we can get to know each other, organize your desires for your birth and create a birth plan.
- I will be on call 24 hours a day 2 weeks prior to & after your estimated due date.
- Continuous labor support at your home and/or at the hospital until 1-2 hours after delivery.
- One 1-hour postpartum visit to see how everyone in the family is doing, to go over any questions and provide lactation assistance.
- Email and phone support throughout.
The total cost of my Doula Services is $1100
Payment plans and discounts are always available if needed.

I am in a doula collective with Paula Calhoun and Tara Gomez. We work together to support and encourage you to enjoy the best possible birth for you.
Service Area:
I live in San Jose and will attend births in the surrounding area, from Redwood City to Morgan Hill.
